"A Weird Innocence" is known in so-called real life as Lia. She lives in Nottingham and loves art nude modelling, but is venturing into photomanips in a somewhat eclectic (read haphazard) way. When the sun is out, she can be found in the garden making jewellery or handmade cards. She has been described variously as "the laughing girl", "a playful little lizard" and "the most argumentative student I have ever taught" (twice).

By the way, please ask before using one of my images on a blog/website/whatever! I work with a range of photographers at varying levels of professionalism. Some may keep a tight leash on their images, for business reasons; others may be more liberal as long as they are credited. Whatever, just ask.

I slept in the back garden last night, underneath the wide sky. It was beautiful.

In other news, myself and a friend have finally learned what the deities of travel have in store for us this season. We're going to Bulgaria! My friend was a little hesitant to wander outside the standard budget holiday destinations (Spain and Greece), but price won her over. So I'll be at Sunny Beach (but probably wandering afield to more intriguing places) from the 9th to the 16th. Of July, not June, as an eagle-eyed watcher pointed out. It's a long shot, but if you don't ask you don't get; will any of my watchers be in the area at the time? Not necessarily photographers to work with (although that would be perfect!). I'd just like to meet some new people
